This policy explains how ARTENA SHOP processes and delivers your orders. Please read it before placing an order.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders, both within the United States and internationally. We currently offer standard shipping only.
Delivery Times
- United States: 8–18 business days from the date of your order.
- International: 9–21 business days from the date of your order. Delivery may vary depending on customs clearance in the destination country.
These times include order processing (1–3 business days). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to appear.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. If your package is confirmed lost, or has not arrived 10 business days after the latest estimated delivery date, contact us and we will issue a full refund. You do not need to file a claim with the carrier yourself; we handle it on your behalf.
