Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all accessories and in its original packaging, together with your order number or proof of purchase.
Free Returns
Returns are free of charge. Once your return request is accepted, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. You do not pay any return shipping costs.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@artenashop.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply within 2 business days with your prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier indicated on the label.
Items sent back without a return request cannot be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged or not the item you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will issue a full refund, including any shipping costs paid.
Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, or has not arrived 10 business days after the latest estimated delivery date, contact us and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, request a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, under the conditions described above.
Refunds
We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
